1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, institution name, asset size, and financial data uploaded for analysis. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) through analytics services.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide ALM analytics, reports, and regulatory compliance tools
  • To communicate about your account and service updates
  • To improve the platform and develop new features
  • To process billing and subscription management

3. Data Protection

Your financial data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We implement role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. Data is stored in SOC 2-compliant infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. We share data only with: (a) service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery), (b) as required by law or regulatory authorities, (c) with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. After cancellation, you may request full data deletion. Audit logs are retained for 7 years per regulatory requirements.

6. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of your data at any time
  • Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data
  • Portability: Export your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON)

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Segment for analytics, which may set performance cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
